With a core team experienced in working at a senior level in IT Departments for blue-chip companies around the globe, Silverbug was founded in Milton Keynes.
2010
New Office
Because of rapid expansion, Silverbug relocated to a larger office, close to the heart of Milton Keynes.
2012
Acquisition
After a successful decade, Silverbug merged with Admiral IT, combining expertise and services.
2014
New Office
Silverbug opened its first overseas office in Houston, Texas. This enabled the deployment of engineers to customer sites and acted as our first Engineer hub.

New Sponsorship
After being the preferred IT provider for Wolverhampton Wanderers, Silverbug struck a new partnership, which led us to be unveiled as their main sponsor in 2014/15.
2016
Microsoft Partnership
Silverbug one of only 100 trusted Microsoft Managed Service Providers.
2017
New Office
Silverbug continued to expand and increase its service offering, opening an additional office in Malaysia. This provides our customers with access to an unbeatable ‘follow-the-sun’, 24/7 IT Support service.

Silverbug’s partnership with Wolves continues to bloom, as we are unveiled as the junior shirt sponsor.
2019
Acquisition
Silverbug acquired iQuda Ltd, a Managed Service provider based in Hemel Hempstead. This acquisition increases our service portfolio, enhances our internal processes and adds 20+ employees to our organisation.
2020
New Service Launch
In 2020-2021, during the worldwide pandemic, many businesses are adversely affected, due to improper security measures and poor business continuity tools in place. Silverbug experienced the exact opposite, delivering a new security-based service, granting users access to the UK’s first leading Security Operations Centre.
2021
Acquisition
Silverbug continued to bloom with another acquisition of Paralogic IT, an award-winning MSP delivering IT systems and managed services to hundreds of businesses, schools and charities across the UK.
2022
20th Anniversary
Silverbug celebrated its 20th anniversary as a Managed Service Provider. This is a fantastic achievement not just for ourselves, but for our clients that have supported us throughout the years.
